Raineldo D. Guerrero is a business and management trainer and consultant. He is the Chairman of The Belize Institute of Management (BIM), Immediate Past President of the Belize Tourism Industry Association (BTIA) and the BTIA representative on the Protected Areas Conservation Trust (PACT) and the Development Finance Corporation (DFC). He is also a Director on the Board of Galen University.

Mr. Guerrero has over 45 years experience as a senior executive in many key organizations in Belize. He was the CEO of the Port of Belize from Jan. 2005 – Jan. 2012. He served as Managing Director of Belize Institute of Management from Jul 1993 – Dec. 2004. In addition he worked at Belize Telecommunications Authority/Ltd. (BTA/BTL)from 1974 to 1993. BTA became BTL in 1987 where he served in various capacities including Financial Controller, Deputy Manager, Manager Admin and Finance, and Manager Marketing and Customer Services.
Mr. Guerrero is a former Chief Commissioner of the Scout Association of Belize, former President of The Belize Pickwick Club, former President Belize Tourism Industry Association (BTIA)(Belize Chapter), former Director of Belize Audubon Society.

Mr. Guerrero is a certified trainer on Development of Logframes for Project Management by the Inter-American Development bank , and Trainer on Export Services by Services Go Global.
Mr. Guerrero is fluent in Spanish.
