Business Risks: Climatic Conditions

Too much rain brings floods, too little rain bring fires especially on the Savannah. In the nursery we can protect the seedlings from the sun with proper shade material. Maintenance is constant due the heavy winds which tear the shade material after a while. In terms of wind, while a few tropical storms and one hurricane (Richard ) have passed through, minimal damage has been experienced.
