My second video was a bit different as I did not need to search for content but rather it came to me in a burst of surprise and laughter. We were in Merida watching the final game between Club America and Cruz Azul. We stayed at my grand nieces and the mood was festive with the greatest fan being Juan Jose Basto, who throughout the day set up the team’s flag, he set out his Tecate special chair, and had purchased an ample amount of beer to last the game. Throughout the game he was a bit sad especially after Cruz Azul’s first goal, and there was the trepidation that Club America would lose. In the additional 15 minutes of the game Club America scored another goal, and the tie remained to the official end of the game. So they had to go for penalty shops, the best of five.
By this time I already was working on the Facebook page for BIM and wanted to put it on Facebook so that it could be shared as it was so funny. At the end I managed to put the video of the final penalty on You Tube (My first You Tube Post) and subsequently added the video of the penalties just before the final win. To be uploaded.
