One day cashew harvest

In 2012 I had 50 cashew trees and only 30 of them bore fruit in this year. While the previous year a number of them bore fruit, this year 2012 the crop was much better. The harvest included extra large red ones, medium red, medium yellow and very small yellow (one bite size). Having had the experience with the Suriname Cherry Wine I placed an order for the purchase of a wine kit, however in the preparation for this batch of wine it did not arrive, so the previous home-made airlock was used.

The photos show all the steps in the process.
