Congratulations to the management of the Bowen group for their remarkable and creative marketing strategies employed over the last few months. Their sponsorship allows them to move th eRuta Maya landing in Burrel Boom to about half mile or a mile from the original landing location thereby hijacking sales from other competitors. They also through their sponsorship were able to move the finish line of the Cross Country to the Hour Bar, not sure what the new length of the Cross Country is any more. The Ariel Rosado cycle race also ended up at the Hour bar today (April 20), more people on a hot Saturday translates into the sale of more beverges. They also are offering an open trunk sale in the parking area at the end of the month, and the sellers and customers will get thirsty and hungry. Its about selling more of their products through aggressive marketing even if it means using guerilla tactics. There may be other events happening with other areas of the company but those mentioned are just to name a few. Did they get a new Marketing Manager or is economic times bringing out the creativity in the management of the Group?. A modified version of this blog was posted on Bimbelize Facebook page.
Update: Westrac also followed suit with the hosting of the Car race and show. Thousands attended and lots of media coverage after the event. Congratulations
