The Best Tacos in Orange Walk Town, Belize

On Monday when passing through Orange Walk, the people I was with only wanted to stop at a specific Taco Shop. While there I noticed that only one Taco Shop had customers, and the other next to it had none. From a Business/Marketing standpoint why does one have zero customers and the other has an endless number of customers. Product, Price, Promotion or Place, all in sync by someone who I believe has never read any books on Marketing.
